Here's how our fees work


Starbloom Paediatrics is a private billing practice. Consultation fees will be fully explained to you when an appointment is made.

The fee depends on the type of specialist your child is seeing, the allocated appointment duration and individual requirements. If your specialist recommends an investigation or procedure there will be additional charges which you will be fully informed about prior to booking in for them.
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This is fully refundable if you cancel 72 hours prior to your appointment; the deposit will not be refunded for cancellations after this.
Charges will appear on your bank statement as Starbloom Pty Ltd ATF Starbloom Trust.
Accounts are required to be paid in full at the end of the consultation. Applicable Medicare rebates will be applied for the account by reception or may need to be claimed by yourself directly from Medicare.
